This three-part skull model is based on a digital scan of a real human skull and has been anatomically idealized for use in medical education. All bony structures are rendered with textbook accuracy and meticulous detail. The model consists of the skull base, skullcap, and a movable, removable mandible with realistically depicted teeth. The individual parts are connected by sturdy metal pins combined with integrated magnets, ensuring a precise fit without any visible gaps. Mechanically robust connectors allow for repeated handling without risk of breakage. One-sided didactic painting aids in the visual differentiation of the skull bones. Additionally, the relevant bone structures are numbered and clearly referenced in an accompanying anatomical nomenclature. The model is designed for the objective presentation of skull anatomy.
