Registration is done via the profile icon (symbol with a person).

  1. Click on the icon – a menu will open with the options “Log in” and “Register” .
  2. Select "Register" .
  3. Then enter your email address .
  4. You will then receive a 6-digit one-time code via email.

A fixed password is not required. Each future login will generate a new one-time code that you can use to log in securely.

Yes, you can easily manage your billing and delivery addresses in your customer account under the "Profile" tab.
There you can edit existing addresses or add new ones.

To delete your account, please send an email to shop@docmed.de . You can use the following text:

"I hereby request that you, DocMed GmbH, completely delete my customer account, which is managed under the following email address: [Your email address], as well as all associated data, including delivery addresses and payment methods."

You will usually find an "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of our emails, which you can use to unsubscribe directly. Alternatively, you can send us an email to shop@docmed.de. send with the following text:

"I hereby request that you unsubscribe me from the newsletter, which is managed under the following email address: [Your email address]."

Yes, you are welcome to call us and place your order by phone.

There could be several reasons for this. It's best to contact us by email so we can investigate the exact reason and help you further.

You can write a review for each individual order or item in your customer account . To do this, go to "Orders" in your customer account and select "Write a review" .

In your customer account you can request returns for your orders – either for the entire order or for individual items.

You have 30 days to return your order.

Once we receive your item, we usually process and inspect it the same day. Afterwards, we determine if the item is eligible for a refund. You can choose whether you would like your money refunded as store credit in our online shop or to your original payment method .

If you return your item to us independently , without first registering it via your customer account or our service, you will not receive a free return label from us. In this case, you will have to bear the shipping costs yourself ; these costs will not be refunded.
