This three-part skull model was digitized and anatomically idealized based on a real human skull. It consists of the skull base, skullcap, and a movable lower jaw with lifelike teeth. The parts are securely connected via metal pins and magnets and can be disassembled without any bothersome hooks.
Muscle origins (red) and insertions (blue) are marked on the right side of the skull. These markings were developed in collaboration with physiotherapy instructors and support the targeted learning of muscular relationships. A nomenclature facilitates orientation and didactic use. The model is intended for teaching, training, and demonstration purposes.
