The Blood Pressure Simulator with iPod® interface offers a state-of-the-art way to practice blood pressure measurements and Korotkoff sound auscultation . This standalone product allows for precise adjustment of all relevant blood pressure parameters , providing a realistic training environment for medical professionals. With adjustable systolic and diastolic blood pressure settings from 0 to 300 mm Hg in 2 mm increments, the simulator can be optimally adapted to various training needs.
Additionally, the simulator features an adjustable radial pulse that can be felt and an adjustable volume of Korotkoff sounds in the antecubital fossa to simulate a realistic blood pressure measurement . The auscultatory gap and pulse rate are also adjustable for even more accurate simulation. The battery-operated trainer can also be connected to a power supply , making it suitable for both mobile and stationary use.
The simulator comes with an iPod , a power adapter , a blood pressure cuff and a carrying case to ensure easy handling and transport of the system.
