Lomatuell Pro is a modern, gel-forming wound contact mesh designed for atraumatic wound care. The sterile mesh mesh made of polyester fibers is impregnated with an intelligent polymer matrix , petrolatum , and hydrocolloids . This combination ensures optimal moist wound healing , prevents adhesion to the wound, and supports gentle dressing changes. The elastically deformable material adapts perfectly to the contours of the wound and is particularly suitable for use on sensitive skin and hard-to-reach wound sites.
