Lomatuell H from Lohmann & Rauscher is a ready-to-use gauze strip impregnated with a hydrophobic, neutral ointment base . This non-adherent mesh tulle is ideal for wound care and covering , as it lies gently on the wound without sticking to the tissue. The sterile- packed gauze strip is individually sealed to ensure the highest hygiene standards. The petroleum jelly impregnation maintains a moist wound environment, promoting healing and reducing the risk of infection. Lomatuell H is particularly suitable for treating wounds requiring regular ointment application , as well as for sensitive or hard-to-reach wounds.
