Leukoplast® compress cotton gauze is a high-quality gauze compress for reliable wound care in everyday medical practice. It is made from 100% oxygen-bleached cotton according to DIN EN 14079 and offers excellent absorbency and skin-friendliness. The folded edges prevent fraying, increasing safety during use. Thanks to the practical folds (8-fold, 12-fold, 16-fold, 32-fold), the product is suitable for a variety of care needs.
Available in sterile and non-sterile versions, the compress can be used flexibly in a wide variety of care settings. Special versions with woven X-ray contrast thread, double sterile packaging, and a counting card are available for use in the operating room. Slit compresses are also available for the care of access points such as cannulas or drains.
