Hartmann's Ideallast-haft Color is a cohesive, permanently elastic, low-stretch bandage for applying fixative and lightly compressive dressings. It is designed for the compressive fixation of wound dressings as well as for support and relief bandages and is suitable for use in medical practices, clinics, and sports medicine.
The bandage features a cohesive effect on both sides and adheres only to itself, not to skin or hair. This ensures a secure, non-slip fit without additional fixation aids, even during movement. With an elasticity of approximately 90%, it supports the application of functional bandages with controlled, gentle compression.
The material consists of 93% cotton, 5% polyamide, and 2% elastane. The textile structure is breathable and soft, contributing to a comfortable feel – even during periods of rest. The coating is latex-free and therefore suitable for individuals with latex sensitivity. Depending on the model, the pad is washable and intended for multiple uses.
Ideallast-haft Color can be used to secure wound dressings and padding materials, for supportive care in cases of muscle and joint pain, and for minor venous conditions. Colored versions allow for individual labeling or child-friendly design in everyday medical practice.
