The HemCon ChitoGauze Trainer is a specially developed training product for realistic instruction in the use of hemostatic dressings . It is used for instruction, practice, and simulation of the application of HemCon ChitoGauze bandages , which are used in emergency situations to control bleeding in heavily bleeding trauma .
Ideal for emergency services, the military, medical services, and medical training centers , the trainer supports the development of confidence and technical understanding in wound packing and pressure dressing. The trainer does not contain active chitosan and is not suitable for patient care .
