The Heine Classic+ Fiber Optic Laryngoscope Blade according to MacIntosh with HiLite light guide technology was specially developed for safe, efficient, and reliable intubation. The innovative fiber optic (FO) technology with over 6,500 individual fibers ensures excellent light transmission and a high level of durability. The blade is available in various versions, including pediatric models for newborns and infants , and offers LED or XHL illumination, depending on the application.
The screwless, seamless design allows for easy cleaning and sterilization . Thanks to the large fiber bundle (Ø 4.3 mm), the system is particularly robust and protected against mechanical damage. The blade is compatible with all laryngoscope handles according to ISO 7376 (Green Standard) .
