Grassolind neutral Hartmann are drug-free ointment compresses made of a loosely woven, air- and secretion-permeable cotton fabric. They are impregnated with a neutral ointment base that, due to its generous application, does not wash off even with heavy exudate. These compresses are particularly easy to cut to size and are ideal for treating wounds requiring moist wound healing. The ointment base contains white petrolatum, diglycerol esters of mono- and dicarboxylic fatty acids, and synthetic wax.
