This injection trainer offers a realistic way to practice IM injections on the upper arm directly on a simulation patient or a nursing manikin . The model can be strapped on and offers an extremely realistic feel , allowing you to practice the injection technique precisely without putting a real patient at risk. Built-in sensors detect the correct puncture site and the depth of the injection . A green control light lights up when the injection is correct , while a red light appears if the puncture is incorrect . If the position is correct but the needle is inserted too deeply , both the red and green lights light up simultaneously. Injecting liquid is also possible, which makes training even more realistic.
