This ECG training device is ideal for practicing ECG electrode placement for up to 15 leads and is ideal for medical students and professionals who want to improve their ECG recording and positioning skills. The model is anatomically correct and provides visual feedback to verify correct electrode placement.
The trainer allows for learning electrode placement on an adult using key anatomical landmarks such as the intercostal spaces , midclavicular line , anterior axillary line , midaxillary line , and scapula . Additionally, the trainer provides placement points for the four limb leads and leads V1 through V9 , with the option of placing the electrodes on either the left or right side .
Please note that this trainer does not provide ECG signals . For rhythm simulation, an ECG simulator (not included) must be connected directly to the ECG monitor .
