This vivid birth model realistically depicts the fetus's birth path through the female pelvis . The model is ideal for training in obstetrics, midwifery, gynecology, or medical patient education.
The movable pelvic skeleton consists of hip bones with a flexible symphysis, a sacrum with a flexible coccyx, and two flexible lumbar vertebrae. The fetal skull is connected to the baseboard via a spiral metal tube , allowing it to move freely. This allows the cephalic passage during birth to be demonstrated from various angles – for a particularly educational and hands-on learning experience.
