This highly functional tracheostomy training model was specifically developed for training in nursing and home care settings. It is ideal for realistically practicing tube placement, tube exchange, and suctioning in tracheotomized patients. The two-part design and transparent trachea allow not only the cannula to be checked, but also the position of the suction catheter to be visually verified. Using the included special cannula, the model can be connected to a ventilator—ideal for simulating a real-life care situation.
