This realistic training foot expands the capabilities of your GERi™ or KERi™ nursing manikin to include realistic training for edema of varying severity, as well as the treatment of deep tissue necrosis of the heel. The model was specifically developed for nursing training and clinical practice instruction and can be quickly and tool-free attached to the manikin's leg .
The foot contains five interchangeable edema inserts that respond differently to pressure depending on the level – ideal for practicing manual edema assessment. Furthermore, the deep tissue necrosis realistically simulates advanced tissue damage and offers a valuable addition to wound care and pressure ulcer treatment .
