This osteopathic skull model is anatomically precise representation of an average European adult skull. It is based on a digitized version of a real human skull and has been idealized according to textbook anatomy. The model consists of 22 dimensionally stable individual bones, joined by robust magnetic connections, allowing for safe and intuitive handling.
The realistically depicted cranial sutures facilitate orientation and assembly of the individual bones. The model is suitable for training, education, and practice purposes in osteopathic and medical teaching. The EZ Augmented Anatomy app can be used to digitally label and visualize anatomical structures. This product is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
