The Prestan Infant CPR manikin is a life-size training manikin specifically designed for teaching cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) to infants. It allows for realistic ventilation and chest compression exercises that can be performed just like a real baby. During correct ventilation, the manikin's chest rises and falls, and a click confirms the correct compression depth . The manikin is also equipped with a light indicator that visualizes the compression rhythm , allowing for precise training.
Thanks to the disposable lung bags, no additional disinfection is required, making training particularly easy and hygienic. For group training, a face shield with a filter can be added to ensure that training remains hygienic and prevents infections .
