The DCT O₂ mask for adults is an oxygen mask for the administration of medical oxygen as part of controlled oxygen therapy. It is intended for use in clinical settings, emergency medical services, outpatient care, and home environments, provided a suitable oxygen source is available.
The mask features elastic ear loops and a moldable nose clip to ensure an anatomically correct and stable fit. The 2.10 m long oxygen tubing provides ample freedom of movement and allows for flexible patient positioning. A universal connector ensures compatibility with common oxygen systems.
To reduce microbial contamination, the mask was sterilized with ethylene oxide and hygienically packaged. It is intended for single use and is particularly suitable for short-term oxygen administration in medical settings.
