The DCT Colonic Irrigation System is a specially developed, closed irrigation system for the safe and hygienic performance of colonic irrigations – for example, in intensive care patients or during obstetrics. It combines proven components such as the 3-liter Economy Contrast Media Bag with screw cap and shut-off clamp, a sterile 50/60 ml syringe with catheter valve, and a colonic tube with balloon. Its use is simple and efficient: After the controlled introduction of the irrigation fluid, the backflow can be hygienically collected in the bag, and the entire system can then be disposed of.
