The blood pressure training system offers a realistic and versatile way to practice and perfect blood pressure measurement techniques. It includes a life-size left arm compatible with selected nursing mannequins and was specifically designed for medical education and training. The system facilitates both theoretical instruction and practical learning of blood pressure measurement.
The programmable functions allow you to hear and experience realistic Korotkoff sounds, such as those heard during blood pressure measurement. Korotkoff sounds K1 to K4 are audible, while K5 (silence) marks the end of the measurement. An additional auscultatory gap can be set to simulate more challenging and realistic measurement situations. The Korotkoff sounds automatically adjust to the set pulse rate and the cuff deflation rate, ensuring a particularly authentic training experience.
