
The Biatain Ibu Foam Dressing from Coloplast is a modern polyurethane foam wound dressing that also contains homogenously distributed ibuprofen . It combines Biatain's proven 3D polymer structure for excellent exudate management with the local, continuous release of ibuprofen for pain relief directly at the wound site. This dressing provides effective, non-systemic pain relief without compromising the healing process – ideal for painful, exuding wounds.

Further information:
Ibuprofen release occurs throughout the entire period of wear of the dressing (up to 7 days) – activated by wound exudate. Studies demonstrate significant pain reduction while maintaining a high healing potential. The dressing is latex-free and non-adhesive (except for versions with an adhesive edge).
