Adaptic 3M/Solventum is a non-adherent, drug-free, moist wound dressing specifically formulated for the treatment of dry to highly exuding wounds . It is suitable for a variety of wound types, including leg ulcers , pressure ulcers , diabetic foot ulcers , first- and second-degree burns , abrasions , and surgical sutures . The dressing contains an oil-in-water emulsion that prevents it from sticking to the wound bed, allowing for painless dressing changes. Adaptic promotes a moist wound environment, which supports healing and minimizes the risk of scarring.
