The Wound Packing Leg Trainer is a realistic training model for teaching the treatment of traumatic leg injuries. The model represents an injured leg with lacerations as well as an entry and exit wound and is designed for educational and training purposes. It serves solely for simulation and is not intended for patient care.
Made of high-quality silicone, this model realistically simulates soft tissue and allows for the practice of key hemorrhage control and wound care techniques such as direct pressure, gauze packing, application of pressure bandages, and the use of a tourniquet. The model does not have an active bleeding function and is therefore particularly suitable for structured training without fluid simulation, such as in first aid, paramedic, and emergency medical training.
