The OLAES Bandage is a sophisticated , multifunctional tactical trauma bandage specifically designed for the efficient and versatile treatment of trauma and bleeding . It combines a pressure bandage, wound cover, gauze pad, and wound closure film into a single system, making it suitable for both medical professionals and lay rescuers.
With its sophisticated design, the OLAES bandage allows safe application even by untrained first responders – it is simply wrapped like a regular elastic bandage. The integrated pressure pad allows for precise pressure on the wound and can be used to monitor bleeding. Additionally, integrated Velcro zones prevent slipping during and after application. Each bandage is individually sterile and vacuum-packed .
