This anatomically accurate model of a neuron illustrates the complex cell structure at approximately 3000x magnification . It is ideal for use in medical and biological education. The model consists of two parts: The opened soma (cell body) shows all relevant cell organelles such as the nucleus, Golgi apparatus, and smooth and rough endoplasmic reticulum.
