The Mediware 1 ml (U-40) insulin syringe is designed for precise dosing of insulin at a concentration ratio of 40 units per milliliter (U-40) . It is ideal for patients using insulin preparations with this concentration, as well as for veterinary applications.
The 3-part syringe has a Luer adapter , a long stroke , a clearly visible black scale , and a white plunger rod with a latex-free black sealing cone that leaves almost no dead space - for maximum drug utilization and the highest level of hygiene.
