Mediware ECO slides are an economical solution for routine laboratory applications. With their standard dimensions of 76 x 26 mm, they are compatible with common microscope systems and are suitable for simple microscopic examinations in medical, biological, and diagnostic facilities, as well as for educational purposes.
The semi-white finish enhances contrast when viewing the sample under the microscope. The slides are pre-cut, washed, and have a readily wettable surface, facilitating even sample distribution. This makes them particularly suitable for manual preparation.
Each pack is individually wrapped in cellophane, ensuring clean handling in everyday laboratory use. ECO slides are designed for routine work and represent a cost-effective alternative for applications where automated staining procedures are not required. They are not recommended for use in automated staining systems.
