Jelonet by Smith & Nephew is a sterile, paraffin-coated cotton gauze dressing specifically designed for the treatment of extensive, exuding wounds. The uniform paraffin coating prevents the dressing from sticking to the wound surface, allows for unimpeded drainage of exudate, and creates a moist, pain-relieving wound environment. The dressing is ideal for atraumatic wound care and is particularly gentle on the skin.
Areas of application:
Extensive, exuding wounds such as lacerations, abrasions, leg ulcers, pressure sores, split-thickness skin graft donor sites, burns, as well as postoperative wounds and skin grafts.

Further information:
