The intramuscular injection pad is a realistic training aid for teaching intramuscular (IM) and subcutaneous (SC) injections. It is suitable both as a table model and for attachment to the body – for example, on the arm, leg, or shoulder. The integrated three skin layers – epidermis, subcutaneous tissue (fat), and muscle – provide a realistic injection sensation and allow for precise practice of the correct injection depth and technique.
The pad is suitable for injecting liquids; after the exercise, the liquid can be easily removed by gently squeezing. Thanks to the hook-and-loop fastener system, it can be attached or removed quickly and easily – ideal for individual and group training in nursing, medicine, or emergency services.
