The Gammex Non-Latex Surgical Gloves set new standards in allergy-free hand protection in the operating room. Manufactured from high-quality neoprene (polychloroprene) and completely free of latex proteins, they eliminate the risk of Type I allergies. As the manufacturing process also involves 100% avoidance of accelerator chemicals, these gloves actively minimize the risk of Type IV allergies and skin irritations – a crucial advantage for medical personnel with sensitive skin or existing sensitizations.
The micro-textured outer surface ensures maximum precision and safety, offering excellent grip even in damp conditions. Surgeons benefit from secure instrument handling, while the innovative SUREFIT™ technology on the cuff prevents the annoying rolling down of the glove over the gown. Thanks to the special DERMASHIELD™ inner coating, easy donning and doffing, as well as changing during surgery – even with wet hands – is also possible without any problems.
In addition to standard surgical applications, these gloves are tested for handling cytostatics, making them a versatile safety solution in oncology and pharmacies. The extended cuff provides an increased protection area on the forearm and enhances the barrier function against potentially infectious fluids or chemicals.
