This compact model was specially designed to enable the practice of venous access and infusion techniques. It features extremely thin synthetic skin that realistically simulates the handling of a real patient. The venous tube with a small lumen and thin vessel wall offers an exact replica of real veins and allows precise practice of infusion techniques. The small and large saphenous veins as well as the venous arch of the foot are accessible and offer the opportunity to practice various infusion and injection methods. The model is supplied with two fluid bags , artificial blood , syringes and an infusion set to enable comprehensive training in venous puncture and infusion.
