It features varying tissue density , similar to that found in real patients, making it ideal for realistically simulating manual clinical examinations and practicing self-examination.
The simulator offers a wide selection of palpable tumors of various sizes, shapes, and firmness—including benign tumors, cysts, malignant tumors , and enlarged lymph nodes . The breast inserts can be customized by the instructor to enable practical examination scenarios with didactic depth .
A special feature is the skin-realistic overlay skin , which depicts optical changes such as dimpling, orange peel skin, inverted nipples, inflammation and asymmetries – important signs of advanced breast changes.
