This triple-magnified ear model depicts the anatomy of the human ear in four detailed sections. It accurately depicts all essential structures of the outer ear, middle ear, and inner ear —ideal for use in medical training , ENT classes , or patient education .
The eardrum, including the ossicles (malleus, incus, and stapes), is removable. The cochlea, vestibular apparatus (labyrinth), vestibular nerve, and cochlear nerve can also be removed separately. One half of the cochlea can also be removed to clearly demonstrate the delicate internal structure of the hearing organ .
As part of the EZ Augmented Anatomy series, the model is compatible with the app of the same name: This automatically recognizes the model and displays the anatomical structures via augmented reality (AR) directly on the smartphone or tablet – free of charge, without registration, and for an unlimited period of time .
