This realistic training module was specifically designed to simulate venous punctures and intramuscular (IM) injections . It is compatible with all GERI and KERI training manikins and allows for comprehensive practice of palpation, venipuncture, and correct needle placement—ideal for nursing and medical training .
The movable latex veins respond to palpation with realistic yielding and allow the simulation of blood flow back during correct puncture – particularly effective feedback for learners. Furthermore, the shoulder region of the module can be used for practicing intramuscular injections . Replaceable skin components ensure hygienic, long-lasting use at high frequency.
