The Physiological Auscultation Trainer is an indispensable tool for medical training, especially for learning lung and heart auscultation. This realistic device was designed to help medical students recognize the various heart, respiratory, and bowel sounds that may occur during a general examination. The sounds are almost indistinguishable from those of a real person, enabling precise and effective training.
The system includes 30 different sounds , which are played via an MP3 player with the corresponding natural sound files. These files can be transmitted to the auscultation trainer via a speaker. The open system architecture allows you to add your own sounds, so additional sounds from sound libraries or from patient recordings can be integrated at any time. The trainer can also be connected to a PC for use with various learning programs.
Thanks to a gel cushion made of a special, elastic polymer, the support surface for the stethoscope offers tissue-equivalent properties, so that the sound is reproduced precisely whether the stethoscope is applied lightly or with greater pressure.
