This soft abdominal replica is a valuable tool for learning correct injection technique and rotation of puncture sites while avoiding the 5 cm area around the navel . The model is also ideal for practicing self-injection with various syringe types , including pen-type syringes .
The lifelike skin feels like real abdominal tissue , enhancing the realistic training aspect. The model resembles a standard injection abdomen , but is made of a new material that is even more realistic and better suited to forming a tummy tuck . The back of the model prevents punctures, ensuring the trainer's longevity . Adjustable straps allow the model to be attached to a manikin or a human for a hands-on injection simulation .
The soft material can be repeatedly punctured without leaving any visible holes . However, fluid injections are not recommended to protect the model.
