This advanced adult intubation trainer offers an exceptionally realistic replica of the human airway and is designed for demanding airway management exercises. Its state-of-the-art, lifelike skin technology provides an authentic intubation experience and supports precise, professional-level training.
All relevant anatomical structures are depicted in detail. Highlighted vocal cords , realistic tongue mobility , and the model's lifelike reaction to faulty intubation techniques enable a practical learning experience. Advanced features such as laryngospasm and tongue edema allow for training in complex and critical airway situations. Both lungs and the stomach are visible, allowing for direct verification of correct tube placement.
The trainer is mounted on a stable frame and securely attached to the work surface using suction cups . If used improperly, for example, if excessive pressure is applied to the teeth, the upper row of teeth breaks , providing realistic and didactically valuable feedback. An interchangeable skin layer in the cricoid cartilage area allows for the practice of surgical airway techniques and contributes to the model's cost-effectiveness.
