The DCT double-contrast rectal tube, Safety, offers a safe and effective solution for performing double-contrast examinations in the field of bowel diagnostics. It combines flexibility and ease of use in a tube equipped with one central and two lateral openings. The flat latex balloon with internal air supply ensures controlled and safe application. A white foam plate between the anus and sphincter allows for precise positioning and optimal seal during the examination. The safety design is complemented by a 60 ml bladder syringe , which prevents overinflation of the balloon, as a maximum of 60–80 ml of air is used for ideal balloon inflation. The blue-coded air line and funnel connector allow for the secure connection of the catheter syringe.
