Cosmopor Advance from Hartmann is a self-adhesive, sterile wound dressing with innovative DryBarrier® technology . This advanced technology ensures that wound exudate is safely absorbed into the wound pad but not released back into the wound – even under external pressure. The result is minimal rewetting combined with high absorbency and extended wear times. The dressing consists of a soft, conformable nonwoven backing and is ideal for postoperative wound care as well as for acute, lightly exuding wounds.
