The CLEARTEST CrP (10/30) inflammatory marker rapid test enables the semi-quantitative detection of C-reactive protein (CRP) in whole blood, serum, or plasma. An elevated CRP level can indicate various causes, particularly inflammatory processes in the body. The test offers a fast and reliable way to determine the CRP level and is a valuable tool in the diagnosis and monitoring of inflammatory diseases.
A rise in CRP levels typically occurs 6 to 12 hours after the onset of an inflammatory response, even before an increase in the white blood cell count or fever. CRP is the most important non-specific marker of acute inflammation and plays a crucial role in the diagnosis of inflammation.
