The BD Vacutainer® Pre-Attached Holder with Luer Hub is a specially designed blood transfer device for the safe, needle-free transfer of blood samples from a syringe into an evacuated blood collection tube or blood culture bottle . The system is individually sterile packaged and made of transparent white plastic. The integrated female Luer connector is compatible with all common male Luer connectors , enabling hygienic and standardized sample transfer without needle risk.
