Aquasonic® Clear Ultrasound Gel from Parker is a water-based contact gel for use in diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasound examinations. The dye- and odor-free formulation was developed for use in patients with sensitive skin or an unclear allergy history.
The gel facilitates reliable sound transmission between the ultrasound probe and the skin surface and is compatible with all common ultrasound devices. Because it is free of dyes and fragrances, Aquasonic® Clear is particularly suitable for sensitive areas. The clear gel structure leaves no stains on skin or clothing and is easily removed after the examination.
The product is filled into a recyclable 5-liter Cubitainer. This packaging allows for space-saving storage and can be disposed of flat after complete emptying.
