This anatomical model of the cervical spine depicts vertebrae C1 to C7, including the base of the skull, in meticulous detail. Its flexible mounting allows for the realistic demonstration of all movements in the cervical spine and atlanto-occipital joint. The spinal cord and emerging spinal nerves are also shown, enabling a clear understanding of functional and neurological relationships.
The vertebrae are anatomically accurate replicas, showing all relevant structures such as foramina, processes, and fissures. The flexible design with movable intervertebral discs allows for the demonstration of flexion, extension, rotation, and lateral bending movements, as well as typical limitations in movement.
This model is suitable for training, educational, and demonstration purposes in medicine and therapy, as well as for providing objective patient information. It is easily detachable from the stand, sturdily constructed, and designed for regular use.
