This life-size anatomical pelvic model realistically depicts the female pelvis of an adult woman. Based on a high-quality natural cast, it is suitable for the clear and engaging presentation of anatomical and functional relationships in training, therapy, and patient education.
The model comprises the pelvis with sacrum, two movably mounted lumbar vertebrae (L4 and L5), and femoral stumps. The sacrum is removable, and the femoral stumps are also movably mounted and removable. This allows for realistic demonstrations of hip joint movements, pelvic positions, and the functional connection between the pelvis and lower spine.
The movable lumbar vertebrae allow for the visualization of mobility in the lumbosacral junction and support the understanding of biomechanical relationships. The model is particularly suitable for use in gynecology and obstetrics, physiotherapy, orthopedics, manual therapy, and medical and therapeutic training.
This product is intended solely for teaching, training and demonstration purposes and is not suitable for diagnostic or therapeutic applications on patients.
