This anatomical model of the thoracic spine depicts vertebrae Th1 to Th12 in detail. Its flexible mounting allows for realistic demonstrations of natural spinal movements. The spinal cord and the laterally exiting spinal nerves are also shown, enabling a clear understanding of anatomical and functional relationships.
The model is suitable for demonstrating flexion, extension, and rotation movements, as well as for illustrating vertebral mechanics, blockages, and nerve pathways. Its flexible construction supports the understanding of the interactions between the spine and neurological structures.
The thoracic spine is mounted on a stand that can be removed if needed, allowing for mobile use in teaching, therapy, and consultation. The model is designed for educational, training, and demonstration purposes and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic applications on patients.
