The Cleartest Mononucleosis is a qualitative in-vitro rapid diagnostic test for the detection of antibodies against infectious mononucleosis (glandular fever) caused by the Epstein-Barr virus. The test is intended for professional use and supports timely, preliminary diagnostics in cases of clinical suspicion.
The test can be performed using whole blood, serum, or plasma. The result is available within approximately five minutes and can be visually evaluated using clearly recognizable color stripes. An integrated test control ensures procedural reliability and correct interpretation of the result.
The Cleartest Mononucleosis is suitable for use in doctors' offices, hospitals, and emergency rooms, particularly for children and adolescents, in whom the disease is common and not always clearly diagnosed clinically.
