The BD Venflon Pro Safety is a safety IV catheter with a passive safety mechanism that activates automatically immediately after the catheter is withdrawn. The tactile and audible click of the catheter guard reduces the risk of needlestick injuries and promotes safe use in everyday clinical practice.
The ergonomic holder with a wide grip plate facilitates handling and allows for the use of common puncture techniques.
