Cutimed Sorbact Hydroactive dressings from BSN offer an advanced yet safe solution for infection control in wound care – completely without chemical additives. The innovative Sorbact technology uses the principle of hydrophobic interaction to bind pathogens such as bacteria and fungi directly from the wound. These microorganisms adhere irreversibly to the specially coated wound dressing and are removed with each dressing change. At the same time, the dressing creates a moist wound environment that optimally supports natural healing.
