SERVOTEST control urine is a quality control material for the regular verification of urine test strips in medical and diagnostic settings. It was developed to meet the requirements of the RiliBÄK 2008, which mandates quality control of all urine test strip results, regardless of whether they are evaluated visually or with an analyzer.
The control urine sample is based on a human urine standard and contains both normal and abnormal samples. This allows for a differentiated and reproducible control of test results and supports compliance with standardized quality requirements in laboratory and practice settings.
SERVOTEST control urine is compatible with all commercially available urine test strips, including test strips for parameters such as hCG and albumin. Target values are available for a wide variety of common test strip brands, allowing for flexible integration into existing workflows.
Once opened, the control urine can be used for up to three months if refrigerated. It is suitable for use in medical practices, laboratories, clinics, and other medical facilities where documented quality assurance of urine test strips is required.
